1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using Digipad Tools, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Description of the service
Digipad provides free browser-based generators and related educational explanations. Tools may be added, changed, restricted, interrupted, or removed at any time.
3. Permitted use
You may use the tools for lawful purposes such as:
- software testing, demonstrations, prototypes, and user-interface mockups;
- creating username ideas for legitimate accounts;
- generating random passwords for accounts you are authorized to control; and
- personal, educational, or professional productivity.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use Digipad to:
- impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or harm another person;
- gain unauthorized access to an account, network, system, or device;
- send spam, evade platform enforcement, or create abusive automated accounts;
- violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights;
- introduce malware, scrape the site excessively, disrupt availability, or bypass security controls; or
- use generated sample information as proof of identity or as a real person’s contact data.
5. Password responsibility
A generated password does not guarantee account security. You are responsible for storing it safely, using a different password for each service, following the service’s requirements, and enabling multi-factor authentication where available.
6. Username and sample-data responsibility
Username suggestions are not guaranteed to be available, lawful, non-infringing, or accepted by a platform. Generated names and phone-number formats may coincidentally resemble real data. Do not use them to impersonate anyone, contact an unknown number, or misrepresent identity.
7. Intellectual property
The Digipad name, site design, original explanatory content, and source materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Generated outputs may be used for lawful purposes, but Digipad does not grant rights in third-party names, brands, trademarks, or protected material.
8. Third-party services
External links, hosting, analytics, advertising, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Digipad does not control or guarantee them.
9. No warranties
The website and tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digipad disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digipad and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or reliance on the site.
11. Changes and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the service. These terms may be updated, and continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Applicable law
These terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
